Aftercare

Now that you have those beautiful lashes, here are some tips to keep them looking full, fresh, and fabulous!

Leave Them Be

Try not to tug, itch, or mess with your extensions- especially after just getting them done. The more you touch them, the more oils and strain will be put on your lashes.

Tip: Sleeping with a lash-friendly eye mask will reduce stress on your lashes and increase their longevity.

H2-No!

Keep your extensions dry for the first 24-26 hours after your fill. If you absolutely need to shower, use lukewarm water and keep the water away from your eyes.

Tip: using goggles while showering will help your lashes’ lifespan!

Brush and Wash Daily

Keeping your lashes clean and brushed is very important for the longevity of your extensions. Face, makeup, and moisturizing oils strip the adhesive that keeps your extensions in place, so washing daily can prevent those oils from doing harm.

Makeup Tip

Avoid makeup removing wipes- they cause strain on your lashes and lash roots.

Avoid waterproof or oil-based mascara & eyeliner. These will break down the adhesive on your extensions, causing shedding.

Speaking of Shedding…

Shedding an eyelash or two a day is completely normal. Your eyelashes are simply going through their growth cycle. Your extension is attached to your natural lash, so when that lash is ready to come out, so is the extension. After that lash is shed, another baby lash is growing right behind it. Don’t sweat the shedding, your eyelashes are completely fine and healthy!
